Welcome to Agra Media House. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (“Service”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy (collectively referred to as “Agreements”).

2. Business Model & Products

Agra Media House is an Indian retailer dealing in professional media and studio equipment, including but not limited to:

Reporter Microphones
Wireless & Wired Microphones
Collar / Lavalier Microphones
Podcast Equipment & Mixers
Studio Lighting & Ring Lights
Tripods & Gimbals
Teleprompters
Media Accessories
Print-on-demand merchandise (Mic ID, Foam, T-shirts, etc.)

We sell 100% brand-new, unused, and original products.

❌ We do NOT sell:

Used or refurbished equipment
Counterfeit or fake products
Unauthorized replica branded products

3. Purchases & Payments

When making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and payment details.

We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payments – Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking (via Razorpay)
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD with advance)

All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To confirm COD orders, Agra Media House may require a small advance partial payment.
This helps verify genuine orders and cover packing/processing costs.

The advance amount will be shown during checkout.
The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
If Agra Media House cancels an order before dispatch, the advance will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD service.

This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of COD services.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer replacement or refund strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.

A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival
The wrong product is delivered
The order is cancelled by Agra Media House before dispatch

Conditions:

Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories intact
Physically damaged-by-customer items are NOT eligible
Compatibility or misuse-related issues are not covered
Returns must be requested within the policy return window

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
We deliver PAN India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Agra Media House is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Quality & Authenticity

All products sold by Agra Media House are brand-new and quality-checked.

Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Electronic items are covered only by manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within the return window mentioned in the policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Agra Media House shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Lockdowns
Strikes
Courier disruptions
Government restrictions

11. Amendments to Terms

Agra Media House reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
